The experience was nice, they were lovely! i have no problem with the colour gloss i got done by the first lady, she did excellent. When i was getting my layers done the older lady looked clueless, i trusted her and i shouldnt of, she blow dried my hair as well, curling it to cover up the choppy layers. I mean it looked great on the day but once i washed my hair and straightened it looked terrible! One side of my head the layers blended, the other side they were so choppy. And i know that even well done layers don’t perfectly blend when straightened, but it looked like i got a one sided jellyfish cut.
My hair now looks like it was hacked off with a dull knife. had to go to another hairdresser to get it fixed and it cost 3 times less then the cut i got here. I’m never going back, all trust lost lol.
I was asked if I wanted my hair straightened or waved. I didn’t have much time so just asked her to do whatever takes less time.
At the end she asked for $143. When I asked what for she then changed it to $117 and said that is for blow dry. That was a rip off. Would have appreciated if I was told before.
They fit me in straight away, which was awesome but it cost over $40 for less than a 10min cut. Sideburns aren't even. Didn't really do anything with my fridge like I asked. I know I'll need to get it fixed it somewhere else & it just seemed like a bit of a waste.
I am upmost appreciated with the warm service I always get when I walk into the store. And it’s not just to me it’s to every client that comes in and out they are so lovely and friendly. They always leave me walking out a very happy client! They do a great job and are so professional. Liandra ☺️
I did not have an appointment, and I was informed that walk-ins were accepted. I arrived as soon as the shop opened. The woman there informed me that they were fully booked and sounded rude. I was a bit confused because I was told the day before that walk-ins were welcome. It would be appreciated if commitments could be honored. Poor customer service rude behaviour.
