Honestly, hands down the best salon experience I’ve had in a very VERY long time. I believe his name was Aydos, and he did an AMAZING job. With assistance from the wonderful apprentice, Ashley.
I’ve never truely left a salon happy with my colour, and I asked for something I was really unsure about but Aydos definitely made the right call on how to go about it.

My friend also got her hair done by Flo and it turn out stunning.

I would highly suggest either of these stylist as they did an outstanding job.

Do not get your hair done by apprentices here!!!

They are rushed during their time as an apprentice and do not know or understand what they are doing.

They cram all of their units into one year… which roughly only gives them 2-4 WEEKS to finish their unit and be signed off on it. And then never to be learnt again. So when it comes to finishing their apprenticeship they don’t know what they’re doing. And since they cram all their units into their second year of being an apprentice they do not have anything ‘to do’ in their third year period and just have to wait out the time left to complete ‘three years’

Have been visiting this Salon for years.My usual hairdresser is no longer available so was fortunate to have Flo take over. She is amazing- from shampoo to styling she does a great job and is a kind and friendly young lady while being professional. Would strongly recommend her💖

The girls did such an amazing job with my hair. I wanted a lived in blonde and they delivered! The upkeep wasn’t too much either. Would highly recommend them!!

We got a quote to colour my daughter’s hair after the hairdresser looked at her hair and talked though what she wanted. We turn up for the appointment and they tell us it is going to cost over $100 more than they originally quoted. I refused, what a joke. Very poor customer service, now 4 days before her formal and no time left to get her hair coloured. I have one very sad daughter.

I got highlights, toner, a treatment, cut, and blow-dry, and the girls here did such an amazing job! Unlike other salons that try to push expensive add-ons, the team here is genuinely upfront and authentic. My highlights turned out absolutely gorgeous, and you can really see their skill and attention to detail. The service and results were top tier and far better than many high-end salons I’ve been to. True talent and great energy all around!

Very impressed with Florence. Her attention to detail and customer service is amazing. I got a 1/4 head foils, toner, treatment, wash, cut and blow dry. Very happy with the result!

Very rude customer service and on 14th December in the afternoon, my mum went to their shop had a short hair perming. My mum was left in the washroom sitting for nearly 10mins before someone attended her. Then the perm setting neutralizer was pourred too much on to my mum head without protection or collection bowl and again my mum was left sitting in the washroom for long time over 15mins. Eventually my mum got home after washing hair and found out root hair all over neutralised and burnt and neck sore. I had to go to work until today we went to see them. The blonde owner or manager was so rude, she continuously speaking for 2minutes or more and she asked her assistant to get the bottle of neutraliser and she stopped talking then I started talking and she said to me don’t interrupt her while she was talking. I said you kept talking for this long I have things to say as well. Then she called me I was rude. OMG and she refuse to admit my mum’s hair was over neutralised or burnt by the chemical. How rediculous. Will not go back there any more. Do not recommend others to go.
