Deanne and Monique are two of the loveliest girls I have met. They talked me out of damaging my hair and making me have low maintenance hair which benefits my lifestyle, every time I come into the salon or even walk past they both smile and wave to me. I will always put my trust into these girls when it comes to my hair. I couldn’t recommend them enough

Just got my hair done by Analeise and not only was she understanding, but very patient and considerate, kept asking as she went along on making sure she’s doing it to my wishes, she’s very nice, a good conservationist and did an amazing job with it, will be coming back when my hair grows back 😊

Genuinely obsessed with the way my hair turned out! From being blonde for 8 years I was sceptical of going back to my natural colour but now I couldn’t be happier that I did it.

Do not go here. The service at this salon has seriously declined over the years. Even as a frequent customer, I won’t be returning. I asked for a straight cut and instead was given choppy, uneven layers and a badly shaped U-cut (shown in the photo). Cutting hair straight should not be this difficult, and now I’ll have to cut off even more hair just to fix it. I wear my hair pin straight all the time and now I can’t because of how bad this cut is. While the hairdresser was polite, her skills were not up to standard. The organisation of this place was just as bad. I booked two appointments, mine at 11:00am and my friend’s at 11:30am. We were already asked to wait 15 minutes, then after my appointment finished, they told us my friend would need to wait another 30 minutes. By then it was around 12:20pm. What’s the point of booking appointments if they aren’t respected?
Save your money and go elsewhere - horrible experience

I wish I could give Deeanne more than 5 stars, It’s always a blessing when she does my hair, she is amazing with blondes and this is hard to find! Deeanne always leaves me feeling more confident than when I walked in.
My daughter also hates her hair being washed and brushed/combed, Deeanne was able to make it a fun experience with her exception skills with children my daughter loved every moment and can’t wait to go back, lastly I must say her bouncy blow wave is on point ! Do you yourself a favour and schedule your next booking with her you won’t regret it !

I can’t say enough positive things about the manager at this salon. My
daughter is going through the pre-teen stage and wanted a fresh new
hairstyle. The manager took the time to listen to her ideas, suggested
a style that suited her perfectly, and made her feel confident and
comfortable. She also gave us great advice on how to maintain the look
at home and recommended affordable products that actually work. It’s
so nice to see someone who genuinely cares about their clients and
takes pride in what they do. We left feeling so happy with the result
— thank you for making my daughter feel special and confident!

I came to this salon while visiting from interstate for a funeral and was treated with kindness and understanding. The manager Karaleigh went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for during a really difficult time. She was empathetic, professional, and genuinely lovely. I left the salon feeling so much better than I walked in. Thank you Karaleigh for your compassion and great service! You’re a credit to the business!

Had an appointment with Megan today. I explained what I would like and she did it 💯. A brilliant hairdresser. Walked out feeling a million bucks. And actually have been using this chain of salons since 1990. Do yourself a favour, visit this salon. Kara-Leigh is also brilliant.
