Absolutely horrendous experience. I went in on Monday this week to book an appointment for a full head of back to back foils to ensure they could see my hair and allocate enough time. They booked me for 2pm yesterday. They ended up rushing through the process especially at the end when toning and putting a “root stretch” in. The colour ended up HORRENDOUS. It had blue, green and yellow all through - see attached photos! They were more concerned with leaving for the day than doing a good job on my hair. They didn’t have time to put a treatment through at all, or even dry it properly. When I went in to show them how badly the colour had turned out, they seemingly had no idea how to fix it. They said they could put 4 foils in the front to make it look better but that was it. When I called later and told them I wanted my money back, they said they don’t do refunds. I do not trust them to not damage or ruin my hair further than they have already, and will not be going back! To ruin someone’s hair like this and refuse to give their money back is ridiculous. I paid nearly $400 for this!! I had to pay another nearly $450 to have it fixed today at another salon!

While the ladies were really lovely, the service is just not it. My appointment was 4!!! hours and most of the time I just waited around. The place is way too busy and they just keep taking people in. I explained exactly what I wanted and showed a picture of it and also a pic of what would be an absolute nightmare and that is what I took home😅 The problem is you explain what you want to one person, then the next person comes round and starts doing it in you and then there are couple more people switching back and forth….First time dying my hair in 15 years and I honestly don’t know if I should redo it or just shave it off at this point. The most disappointing experience. Never again!

Highly recommend this salon. I’ve been going here for a couple years now, and another christianes salon prior to that but had moved and found this store.
I’ve had a great experience with all the staff members there and always been happy with the service and quality received.

I find the pricing well priced, and the salon always tidy and it’s also in a great location.

The store manager Mikayla is so caring, thoughtful and attentive and really looks after her staff and clients. I wanted to make sure she’s recognised for her hard work because it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Renee at Christiane’s Glendale and she was absolutely amazing and gave me exactly what I was asking for with colour and cut. Explained everything to me about lightening hair and the best way to do it. I hadn’t meet Renee before today so I was taking a chance and I’m so glad I did because she was fantastic in every way! I have always found the staff at Christiane's Glendale to be friendly, courteous and professional. Mikala and Leanne are especially attentive to every customer's requests and take the time to give them suggestions for the best outcome for their hair and/or beauty. It's a happy and relaxing atmosphere and I enjoy the feeling of being pampered which they do well. Maddy is great, too. It gets crazy busy there sometimes although the staff are always polite and try to accommodate you as best as they can. I highly recommend Christiane's at Glendale.
