Do not get your hair done by apprentices here!!!

They are rushed during their time as an apprentice and do not know or understand what they are doing.

They cram all of their units into one year… which roughly only gives them 2-4 WEEKS to finish their unit and be signed off on it. And then never to be learnt again. So when it comes to finishing their apprenticeship they don’t know what they’re doing. And since they cram all their units into their second year of being an apprentice they do not have anything ‘to do’ in their third year period and just have to wait out the time left to complete ‘three years’

My biggest ask was that my hair not be too dark I have spent a year with staff from Baulkham hills getting it right my details were moved to this salon and I gave it a go
If everyone who asked me why I dyed my hair black gave me $1 I could afford to re-do it

Did nanoplasty for $500 and my hair became normal texture after 2 months…. Although I bought the shampoo, treatment , conditioner from there saloon apart from $500… which I used continuously… don’t feel like going back to them

The experience just isn’t the same since Delaney left. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care created an atmosphere that felt welcoming and personal. Without her, the energy has noticeably shifted.

3months ago I paid about $46 for a shampoo, cut and quick 1 minute dry off (NOT a full blow dry). This time they wanted to charge me $75 for the exact same service. When I questioned it, they claimed that prices went up at the start of the new financial year. I chose not to have the quick 1 min dry off, so I was charged $46.

Happy to pay for services and understand that price increases are necessary to keep businesses going, but ripping customers off is not on.

While Rose is great, the service from this place generally is quite poor. Constantly pushing products. On a number of occasions, despite making a reservation, having to wait and cater to their workflow as they overbook timeslots and have lost a booking with no notice

I had a fantastic experience. My hairdresser really took the time to understand the style I wanted and made sure I was happy with the result. I absolutely love my new haircut and appreciate the effort she put into it. Highly recommend!

Each time I go this salon, I am warmly greeted and treated to a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff are friendly and happy and my hairdresser Sylvia is AMAZING. She listens to what you would like, and advises you the best way to achieve that outcome, keeping in mind what is best for your hair. She and Delaney make it feel as if you’re visiting friends and having a spa day. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough. Most importantly, my hair is always fabulous after Sylvia has performed miracles. Thank you so much. 😀
